Canterbury Golf Club

Greenkeeping

Meet the men who are responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving the course and surrounds at Scotland Hills, home of Canterbury Golf Club.

While most club members are still tucked up in bed, the team of greenkeepers, led by head greenkeeper Mick Garrett, will already be busy preparing the course for the day's activities and carrying out the many additional tasks that are necessary to present the course in its best condition.

They're a friendly bunch of lads, so don't be afraid to give them a wave or exchange a few words as you make your way around the course.
