Milo King :  PGA  Assistant Professional

Since the age of 12 golf has been my passion. My ambition to become a professional golfer was furthered by having a competitive playing relationship with my peers and a fantastic support network from the coaches and volunteers at Canterbury Golf Club. All these factors growing up, encouraged me to apply for the Professional Golf Studies FdSc through the University of Birmingham, with the aim of being a qualified PGA Professional. Now a couple of years later I am about to complete my degree, and gain membership to the Professional Golfers Association.

Whilst playing golf at a professional level is still my passion, furthered by winning the Assistants Invitational at Royal St Georges late last year, my main focus has now shifted to golf coaching. Specifically, the development of junior golfers; introducing them to the wonderful game of golf, and supporting them to improve and achieve their goals, no matter how high they may be. I want to give back to the golfing community and offer everyone the same opportunities to learn and progress that I had growing up at Canterbury Golf Club.
